1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or processed.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation by Newtonsky5 Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable.

• Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.

• Payment could not be verified or failed.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

In such cases, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged during delivery.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The order was cancelled before shipment.

To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting photographs or videos where applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage.

• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

• Digital products, software licenses, downloadable content, or subscription services after delivery or activation.

• Products returned after the eligible return period.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and approved:

1. We will inspect the returned product (if applicable).

2. You will receive an email or phone confirmation regarding the refund status.

3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Refund Timeline

• UPI/Wallet: 3–5 business days

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days

• Net Banking: 5–7 business days

• Bank Transfer (if applicable): 7–10 business days

The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to customer preference or incorrect orders placed by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
